effective to everyone that utilizes them.
Christine Stevens offered us all her drum circle
at the beach and under the stars. From Iraq
to So Cal, she gets everyone into their authentic
rhythm.
Paul Mattioli, just back from playing with Sting,
Lenny Kravitz and Kenny Loggins, played with
his band to the level of natural ecstacy.
Arielle Ford, back from Chicken Soup of the Soul
and Deepak Chopra promotions, shared her own
story and inspired everyone to create with power
through writing and loving relationships.
Sarito Sun, Deepak Chopra’s laughologist, showed
everyone the light (inside) through dancing,
laughing and being.

a very big experience for one and all.

business and generous ways helping make the
world a better place, one child at a time.
Thanks to them, Charlie Gay and their wonderful
organization called H.U.B., we can all be more
optimistic and involved (for only $10.)
Denise Yamada was our fantastic facilitator,
guide, mood-setter, coach and provider of
a great vibe throughout.
Coach Joe Palmer was very instrumental in
organizing the event and made huge contributions
that were enjoyed by everyone.
Dr. Michelle Binkowski supported the event from
backstage and even brought in Lisa Nichols because
she wanted to share in the love, and she did that
and more!
The volunteers were A+! Terri, Deanna, Fernandez,
Benjamin and the list goes on and on. We all
appreciated their support and presence from
Friday night through Sunday.
Jason was our audio video expert and he was
flawless throughout. Miracles happen!
John did all the camera work and we have some
great shows now and they are available to anyone
who is interested.
I had the opportunity to share my work with
everyone — with Paul Mattioli’s band accompanying
my mindbody healing techniques — through eyes
closed / non-dominant hand automatic drawing –
and a variety of my favorite techniques from
Dr. Milton Erickson, India and TruSage Interactive.
The whole TruSage Team was there to support
this event. The participants were fun, friendly,
upbeat, loving and evolved right in front of all
of our own eyes. On a scale of zero to 10, this
event was a BILLION!
Hope to see you all at the next one. Hope to
see you all at www.TruSage.com.
Change Your Mind and Change Your Life evolved

It was simple and powerful!

From the drum circle on Friday night to the final session with Brian, the weekend was energizing, enlightening, and full of a sense of new possibilities. Dr. Felitti’s presentation was the foundation for the whole experience – absolutely fascinating and a clarification of what so many of face as we work to transform our lives. BUT, it can be done, and that was the profound message of the weekend.
And it was so much fun! We all won.
Thank you, Brian.

YES!! We had a spectacular time!!
I got WAY outside my normal comfort zone with all the incredible people you had there! THANKS!! I met many, many very nice and interesting people who were equally inspired by everything. There was so much great information and many opportunities that were presented, it was well worth everything I invested in it.
I must say that when I got home I immediately emailed my friends telling them that I had been to the seminar, had done a lot of new and wonderful things, had learned about many new possibilities, and . . . I WALKED ON FIRE!!! WOW!!
Thanks to you, Dr. Alman, and TruSage, I have come a long way!!!!

Change Your Mind Change Your Life was an amazing experience. I feel incredibly privileged to have attended this event. Thank you Brain Alman for putting together your seminar.
The drumming by the beach was such an amazing way to start things off.
The presenters were top notch and gave useful advice. Lisa Nichols message was so inspiring….she was really in tune with the audience and gave away a couple of gifts and messages to a couple of audience members. I could feel the change in the two lucky people who received those gifts.
Im experiencing a shift from my experience and applying a just simple but powerful things I learned from the presenters at the event. The three things are: breathing rather than holding my breath and resisting, adding movement into my life to keep things flowing, and doing self hypnosis as taught in Dr. Alman’s book Keep It Off. I loved Dr Almans phrase that he learned from Milton Erickson “What is right with your life?” I hope to experience in the future more of Dr Almans work.

Dear Dr. Alman,
Thank you so much for an awesome seminar – “Change You Mind and Change Your Life”.
I have attended many seminar’s over the years and this has been placed on the top of the list!
I felt inspired by many speakers including Denise Yamada, Lisa Nichols, Arielle Ford, Marshall Sylver, and you Dr. Alman. WOW! Excellence for all.
Drumming with Christine Stevens and dancing with Linda Sutton energized my chakras – and they are still mobilized.
I learned to laugh hard and joyfully again and to breathe a true breath.
I was educated and amazed by Dr. Fellitti’s presentation. There must be a way to transform this study into a manifestation of healing. It was an eye opener.
Thank you again Dr. Alman for bringing such a rich group together. I felt full when I left. I’m still digesting a little – with a smile on my face.
Warm Blessings,
Loretta

Hi Brian,
I wanted to tell you how excellent I found Dr. Felliti’s presentation
at the seminar. The information is extremely important. So many
puzzling things about people make sense as one understands the basis
for addiction and risky behavior. I read in Science Times in the NY
Times that 2/3 of people over 65 have multiple illnesses and chronic
medical conditions. It amazed me until I heard Dr. Fellliti and
everything fell into place. I was especially impressed by his
compassion for people’s “short term” solutions. Society is very
judgmental about addiction, as if the addict just had to straighten up
- willpower, you know. Dr. Felitti is a true physician and
scientist. He searches for the truth and for what it means in
treating patients. I was also interested in the brief discussion of
resiliency. I would like to know more about that. I know I have it,
as do others. A friend of mine who attended, for example, and who had so difficult a childhood. I really think that unconditional maternal love at an
early age is never forgotten, because it gives one a roadmap for
getting back to that state. At any rate, please thank Dr. Felitti
for me.

Dr. Alman,
I truly enjoyed the “Change Your Mind, Change Your Life” seminar and am so glad I came! I learned so much and found your presenters to be truly excellent. There was a great diversity of topics covered and I really enjoyed the high energy of the event. I am breathing consciously more and more often and truly enjoying the powerful benefits of that. Thank you for the gift of that information, I am so glad that there was an amazing presenter there (even if it was short) to teach me about healthful breathing techniques.
I also loved hearing Lisa Nichols present. She is so amazing and inspiring!
Thank you for your care and wisdom as well, Dr. Alman!
