A little more effort…
Dear Dr. Alman,
A little more effort…that’s all I needed to get to “the other side.” I mean that in a great way!!!
I’ve been stuck trying to get my family and everyone I work with to adjust to my needs and not only does this not work but it’s very frustrating for one and all.
With your 90 Day Success Phone calls and emails, I am now adjusting to their needs and this is working better for everyone, including me.
It’s amazing how close I was…glasses on the end of your nose…so close, yet so far…and as you say in one of the 90 techniques, a little more effort is required.
I just can’t believe how little. How can 1 change in perspective do all that.
You mentioned that Sheryl Crow said that 1 moment changed her whole view of her life. It was when the doctors gave her a diagnosis that she never expected.
On my 21st day of the TruSage 90 Day phone calls, I took the call on my drive home from work. It was picture perfect but almost wasn’t…a a little more effort was needed.
I was exhausted, burnt out, and in a bad mood about work. I decided I would receive everything you were going to share with me on that call because I had nothing to lose and didn’t want things to get any worse than they already were.
That 1 call changed my whole life! Forever!
The technique you taught on Day 21 was the best self-help strategy I’ve ever heard of. It moved mountains – inside.
It was like the opposite of Sheryl Crow and her diagnosis moment.
It was an epiphany, an “ah-hah” and an awakening!!!
I’ll never forget that ten minutes that changed my perspective, feeling, idea, attitude and relationship with myself, my body, my goals and my life in the here and now.
I am recommending the 90 Day, especially Day 21, to everyone I know that needs just a little more out of their lives…and with a little more effort, they can be as happy as I am now.
I’m going to continue working with your programs and I love that your positive techniques become automatic, 2nd nature and I can put myself on auto-pilot. Note: I only need “manual” about once a day, instead of all day and all night long.
I was so close, yet so far.
Now, I’m home in myself and I take this everywhere I go.
Thanks for your support!
D.S.
